WHAT STYLE OF YOGA IS IT?

Having studied and practiced many styles, I offer a non-dogmatic approach to practicing yoga so that I can cater to my students current experience, fitness level and their health/wellness goals.  
By connecting breath with movement, we will promote strength, flexibility, functionality, body awareness, and mindfulness.
